ABA treatment usually requires pre-authorization from your insurance provider. After reviewing your benefits and confirming your interest, our Authorization Specialists will request approval. Once approved, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct your child’s initial assessment.

We will coordinate a schedule that aligns with your preferences.

The RBT is the person who will be delivering therapy in your home on a schedule that suits everyone’s needs.

Your registered behavior therapist (RBT) works one on one to implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.

Once we receive initial authorization, a Client Care Coordinator will help schedule your child’s assessment with a BCBA. During the assessment, the BCBA will talk with you and observe your child to evaluate language, social, motor, and daily living skills, as well as behavioral concerns.
